I think it's bullshit how places like Montreal can make laws banning pitbulls for no reason other than ignorant fear. Like any other breed of dog, pitbulls can be sweet and loving if raised right. Any breed of dog can be molded into a vicious dog if raised wrong. It's not the breed that's to blame.
My dad has a dog that's an entire half-pitbull and he is a total sweetheart. He may have an intimidating bark, and he's really energetic, but he doesn't mean any harm. He's great with my kid siblings.
